In my point of view I think that immigrants have the same opportunities and rights as any other citizen.
it is known that at first may be very difficult because it is a foreign country where there are different cultures, traditions but ultimately persevere.

                                                Vegetarianism

Vegetarianismis the diet that has as a principle the abstention from meat and all food that comes from an animal, such as gelatin and fat. This essay will discuss some of the types of vegetarianism, and advantages and disadvantages of vegetarian diets have.

Speaking of a vegetarian diet,  you should know that it is not always social to have vegetable-based food only.
There are different types of vegetarianism, including eggs and milk, called “ovo - lacto “ vegetarians. These are strict vegetarians who eat only plant food.   Also, there are the “crudivoros “who based their diet on foodwithout cooking (by what they do not consume animal food or starches derived from cereals only consumed cooked.) This idea is not clear.

The benefits of a vegetarian diet includes low intake of saturated fats, absence of cholesterol containing products of animal origin. In addition, with the vegetarian diet, we can include a greater amount of fiber.
Also, among the benefits of the vegetarian diet we can see  its cardioprotective power and help to prevent obesity.

On the other hand, as part of the disadvantages of  people following a vegetarian diet we have a higher risk of absence of some micronutrients, since high fiber consumption can prevent the absorption of minerals.  In addition, some nutrients are scarce or absent in the plant Kingdom. Vitamin B12 is obtained from meat products; therefore, vegetarians suffer from anemia as a result of this . Also , including many carbohydrates and fried foods are not benefits.

In my opinion,  I am not a person who consumes a lot of  red meat, which sometimes is not fresh in supermarkets; they are rotten, but treated with carbon monoxide to make it look fresh, I respect each person and their diet: however,  we must sconsume a little of each nutrient .

essay 2

In this essay,  I will write about three characters of different stories. One story is about the Achilles Track Club Climbers  that is a group of handicapped people that practice sport wiht lots of enthusiasm.   Another  story is about the movie The Blind Side that tells the story of a young man called Michael Oher known as “Big Mike “ that was kicked out of his house because of family problems.

In the story of Richard Van Ornum, he tells that when he was a kid, he always dreamt that he could fly.  Once he even fell off his bed until eventually he stopped having these dreams. He once fell form the kitchen’s lavatory and hurt his leg,( He hurt his leg because a car smashed his leg) he got a scar shaped as a eagle.   Through time he realized that people couldn’t fly.

The Achilles Track Club  started beacuse a young ahtlete lost his leg in a car accident at the age of 24 and decided to keep running as this was his passion. Through  time this group became a group of climbers; and now  thousands of handicapped people are part of this group. They were people with normal lives that have had different accidents in life.

The movie The Blind Side is about a young man called Michael Oher and tells the story of his life and the family that adopted him. He had lots of problems in his childhood since his mom was a drug addict; he was taken out of his house. Michael was really good in sports; he studies in a school in which the coach had the intentions of getting him in the football team.

To conclude, these are different stories,  but they have something in common:   they are dreamers, the  Achilles Track Club  and The Blinde Side have in common that they like sports and they like what they do no matter what life challenges them with.  In the story of Richard Van Ornum,  he is a young man, a dreamer and he persevers even with the difficulty he has on his leg;  he believes that people have gifts in life and his gift is being a dreamer no matter the difficult tasks life gives him.

                           Goodbye to the sit-down meal

Fast food  is the term given to food that can be prepared and served very quickly. While any meal with low preparation time can be considered to be fast food, typically the term refers to food sold in a restaurant or store with preheated or precooked ingredients, and served to the customer in a packaged form for take away.
