Early to bed, early ti rise…



This unit speaks some deprivación what the dream is the condition of not having enough sleep can be chronic or acute. A state of chronic sleep deprivation can cause fatigue, daytime sleepiness, clumsiness and weight gain or loss, affects the brain and its function

 Types of sleep deprivation:

1. Insomnia Insomnia-sleeplessness causes more than simple. This type of disorder also wrapped up some time in the middle of the night.

2. -Narcolepsy is a neurological disorder that causes abnormal eye flick.para los niños.

3. Restless Legs Syndrome: The annoying feeling compels the person to stand up in order to get relief


4. Sleep Apnea: Sleep apnea causes people to stop breathing for short periods during sleep.
